Unfortunately, many things outside a contractor's control may delay a pool project.  The following things generally cause project delays:

• Work by others, not part of the pool contract
• Weather
• Change Orders
• Natural disasters such as fires or floods
• Prolonged City inspections
• Economic shortages such as steel or cement
